Terms of Service

By creating an account, publishing a campaign, contributing, or purchasing FreeFund PRO, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Campaign Rules, and Payment & Refund Policy.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 to maintain a FreeFund account.
• You must be at least 18, or act through a verified parent or legal guardian, to create a campaign or connect a payout account.
• You may not use FreeFund where prohibited by law, sanctions, court order, or payment-provider rules.

FreeFund’s role

FreeFund provides campaign publishing, community-discovery, creator tools, and Stripe Connect payment routing. FreeFund does not verify every factual statement, guarantee that funds will be used as promised, guarantee campaign success, provide tax or legal advice, or endorse a campaign merely because it appears on the service.

Campaign payments

For campaign contributions, the campaign organizer uses a Standard connected Stripe account and is the Stripe account receiving the direct charge. The organizer is responsible under the organizer’s Stripe agreement for Stripe processing fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, negative balances, taxes, and lawful use of funds. FreeFund does not receive the campaign contribution or guarantee that Stripe will permit or complete a payment or payout. FreeFund PRO is a separate digital purchase from FreeFund and is charged on FreeFund’s own Stripe account.

User accounts

You are responsible for accurate information, account security, authorized use, and keeping your contact information current. FreeFund may limit, suspend, or remove accounts and campaigns to investigate fraud, legal complaints, payment risk, safety concerns, or rule violations.

User content license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FreeFund a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, and technically process that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, moderate, and improve FreeFund. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content.

PRO

“Lifetime” PRO means access for the remaining operating life of the FreeFund service and the eligible purchasing account, subject to these Terms, legal requirements, abuse prevention, and material service changes. It does not guarantee that every current or future feature will remain unchanged forever.

Changes and termination

We may update these rules prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Disclaimers and liability

FreeFund is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. FreeFund is not responsible for organizer promises, reward fulfillment, tax treatment, or losses caused by unauthorized account access outside FreeFund’s reasonable control.
